Policies

Cancellation 

Cancellation notice must be in writing via US Mail or email and confirmed by the owners.  The rent deposit received less applicable fees will be refunded if written cancellation is received prior to the cancelation of occupancy date stated within the booking agreement.  Owners are not responsible for shortened stays due to nearby construction, weather conditions, acts of God, natural disasters or acts of terror.  Once occupancy has commenced there will be no refund for shortened stays.  Please consider purchasing Trip Insurance. 

Restrictions 

Pets:  Guests are not permitted to have pets in, or on, the premises by Condo Association rules. 

Smoking:  Smoking is not permitted in the unit. 

Use 

Property is solely for residential vacation use.  Behaviors that cause risk, disturbance, interference, injury or harm to the property or the privacy and rights of others are not permitted.  The owners, or on-site management, have the right to warn and evict, thereby terminating this Agreement without a refund.  All resulting costs are the tenant’s responsibility and will be billed to the tenant. 

Condo Association Rules 

For the safety and comfort of all guests, tenants agree to comply with the rules and signs posted throughout the complex, such as Condo Association Rules, Smoking Rules and Pool Rules.  Management has the right to terminate a tenancy or impose fines to the owners for guests’ failure to comply with the rules.  Fines will be billed to the tenant. 

Indemnity

Tenants will indemnify and hold harmless the owners for any injuries, accident or death that result or is incurred or suffered upon the premises by the tenant or guests or anyone associated with the tenant for any cause whatsoever during the term of this contract.  The owners are not responsible for loss or damage to the tenant’s personal property or vehicles.
